About me
 

I was born in France from French-Italian parents. I am holding a double diploma of a hybrid Business and engineering program held in both France and Italy at the prestigious Politecnico di Torino and Pole Leonard de Vinci (now EMLV) in Paris-La Defense. 

Soon after university, in 2002, I move to the UK to pursue a career in manufacturing and supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry that had always interested me since a university placement working in a small manufacturing plant in the centre of France for the Italian Labs Recordati.

At Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (Now Pfizer), I worked as a supply & logistics Officer, New Business Controller and Project Coordinator in their packaging unit in Havant, Hampshire. 

in 2005, I started to work at Chugai Pharmaceuticals at their European branch in London to take on a new challenge working in R&D clinical trials as a Project Planner. 

In 2008, I embarked on a great adventure to Japan for 4 years working as a Study Management Coordinator, leading an exciting project to implement and develop a harmonisation program between Chugai and Roche, helping bring the two companies closer when working on Roche Sponsored Global Clinical Trials.  

By the end of 2012, I was back in the UK to lead Chugai Pharma Europe's vendor, outsourcing, contract, budget and corporate objective activities as the R&D Operations Manager.

In 2013, I became involved in healthcare Compliance, being responsible for the R&D Compliance and disclosure as well as supporting our Head of Compliance with all Compliance matters as a Deputy Compliance Officer. 

I led Chugai's EU team effort to implement the Chugai global training system to comply with the GCP directive and migrate paper training record to electronic in 2016. 

Our Clinical TMF/eTMF and local archiving group merged into my R&D Operations group, while I was additionally tasked to lead the implementation of our UK data Protection team for both Chugai Pharma Europe and Chugai Pharma UK. Towards the end of my tenure at Chugai, I was leading our EU Data Protection Office (UK-France-Germany), harmonising processes and the implementation of various tools and systems to help all Chugai functions to comply with GDPR and support Chugai Headquarters in Japan. 

in 2023, while I moved back to Europe after 20 years in the UK, I created Compharmity to provide consulting services to small and medium businesses in my area of expertise which are Project Management (R&D operations), Data Protection and Compliance within the pharmaceutical and health industry.
